Service Description
Once you submit your application through the website, you'll receive an email confirming it has been received. Please allow 24-48 hours (excluding weekends) for me to personally review and respond. I take time with each application to understand where you are and what kind of support you're looking for. From there, I will reach out with next steps. If we're aligned and I have space available, you'll be invited to move forward with coaching. If not, you'll have the option to be placed on a waitlist. All coaching details, including structure and payment, will be provided after acceptance.
Cancellation Policy
Booking and Cancellation Policy At EBS Life Coaching, we strive to provide the best possible service to our clients. To ensure a smooth scheduling process, please review our booking and cancellation policy: Cancellation and Rescheduling: Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointments without penalty up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Late Cancellations: If a cancellation or rescheduling occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, the client will be charged 50% of the full price of the session. No-Show Policy: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment will be charged the full price of the session. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
